RYOKAN PROJECT
We are currently developing a new project consisting in the construction of a different rural housing according to the Japanese cottage (Ryokan) in Spain.

The most important idea in a Ryokan is the union of nature with the interior of the building, which must be made of wood and surrounded by a balanced environment with a Japanese garden.

To stay at a Ryokan is special; it means to recover the art of relaxation. You, as a distinguish host, participate in the traditional way of life by joining the rest of Japanese culture that will make you forget the daily grind and will allow to be back in time.

We have chosen this type of accommodation due to their unique characteristics that differentiate it from a Spanish country house. The idea of space management through sliding doors and walls (fusama) provides versatility. The floor is the Tatami, an essential element for its advantages in the isolation of sounds.

Our intention is to bring Japanese culture with exhibitions, ceremonies typical kabuki theatre or musical performances to visitors to the Ryokan

We have two potential sites (Ávila - Leon) to the project.

SPORTS & CULTURAL PROJECT
We want to develop a cultural and sports center in the “Sierra Norte” of Madrid to provide this area of a unique facility.

The idea is to have a modern and flexible accommodation for groups and give them the opportunity to practice a wide range of sport and mixing it with cultural visits and exhibitions.
